I really hope you don't give up on this show. You're so close to the end now and there are still many great episodes left. There's definitely filler and I know you were expecting more main story stuff, but the show has just kind of always had filler. It would really be a shame to give up on this one after getting through so much of it.

There big arcs coming for more or less all characters and these can play a big role, so that sometimes the case itself is put in the background. So really hoping you can at least try out the next season aswell
