another great episode and sadly another one i don't think would be okayed today. while it's still seen as a kids show it does deal with so many teen issues without turning them into an after school special filled with cheese. instead it's a lesson with heart and a genuine message that doesn't talk down to its audience but rather gives them helpful advice. i miss this in shows. today you either got things like euphoria and riverdaleor a show parents protest and whine about because it talks about puberty and "tHiNk oF tHe ChIlDrEn" boy meets world and lots of shows at this time seemed to have a good grasp on how to present issues in such an open and honest way and it's one of many reasons why i have such respect for this show even today.
