2022-11-12 08:14:41 +0000 UTCIt is a show about two sister that got seperated when they where young, and The show starts when one sister comes back to The family home after their dad has passed. The sister from The city has a hard time adapting to The rural community so we follow her journey to fit in and bring some change. But The show later developes to include The whole mcleod homestead and The neighbouring brothers. It has charm, drama and very good acting. And very compelling and realistic character. Let me know what you think if you check it out!

I know I mention the podcast every 5mins but they touched on that scene in Prue's office where Andy hides behind the door and called it a stalker moment...gotta agree on that one. I really ADORED Piper and Mark's chemistry. It was such a sweet thing. Sad they never got a real shot. Also loved that Prue and Phoebe seem to be getting along much better. This show is about witches but the main point is that they're sisters above all else.

So if Steven wants he should be able to do either easily. The video looks great too, so there won't be a sacrifice in quality for anyone that cared about that. Should work great! Thanks Robke!

On my device I made 6th episode "make available offline" so for me it also shows instantly good quality too, but I don't see how that would translate to another device. I'll try with others just in case. Good to know downloads work well too. If your internet is fast, should download in few mins.

The only thing for those who on Mac or iDevices, they need to install converter app, they work just like a regular video player that is able to play windows video files. I have Final Video Player, which works great(it's also a free app). Although, the 6th episode is in 720p quality right in Drive. Episode 7 is processing so I couldn't check it. But, I think it is safe to conclude that you can just download to device and watch in good quality. It actually downloads pretty fast too, at least in my experience.

It's like a late 90's- early 2000's time capsule and very nostalgic...especially if you were a teen or older at that time. uBlock is the way to go for sure! Also, can you stream from Google Drive or do you have to download it? Not sure if that would affect things for him since I know he streams most everything. I would imagine that they have that feature built in.

Otherwise, I just found this site https://watchcharmedonline.com/episode-watch/charmed-1x4/ that has HD version with original tracks, BUT there are ads, and you have to close ads and you have to click several times and close the tabs it opens before it starts playing, so I don't know, might get too annoying for him.

He said that the 3 sisters were very courteous to him on set and he followed their example with other co-stars on every set since then. I thought that was very sweet.

This is the first episode that was very solid, that was thought out and nicely written, with a bitter-sweet ending as opposed to "happily ever after". I knew you would enjoy this one miles better than the first 3.)

2022-11-09 05:39:47 +0000 UTCI love this episode, and I am so glad you're already noticing the difference in replacement music even though it's your first watch, this episode is only a mild example of weirdness. The Chemistry between Piper and Mark is excellent, they're both such sweet kind people it's sad they never met when he was alive. But I think it works perfectly for this storyline, had Mark stayed around any longer or found a loophole to be saved, all the lessons about not taking life for granted would've been kinda empty. So it makes his impact more profound. Looking forward to next episode.

Hope you saw many previous comments of me offering to send DVDs season by season to avoid spoilers or just upload episodes online with original music. Cuz just like many of us mentioned before, it's not just the intro song, it's bad replacements of music inside episodes that don't fit the scenes.

2022-11-09 04:05:20 +0000 UTCOh, yeah, that song you mentioned is not part of the original soundtrack. What originally played there is "Secret Smile" by Semisonic. It's a much different vibe. That's what some of us have mentioned...the songs they chose for the remastered are really making scenes feel awkward. I've outright laughed a few times when they've played certain songs over dramatic scenes. It'll help out a lot if you can get your hands on episodes with the original music. Maybe Robke can help you out with the original episodes? I know Robke mentioned an HD version with the original music.

I'm not really a fan of season one episodes at all, but if I had to compare it to the ones you've seen so far...this one isn't quite as bad.
