Captain Sean's mother is a Hexenbiest, and his father is the King, that makes Sean a half Royal half Hexenbiest. The male version of a Hexenbiest is a Zauberbiest which are not considered the same.

I always felt she should have trusted and confided in him like she wanted Nick to do when the show started, and he started going through changes. Juliette is even starting to distance herself from Nick without having a reason to fall back on as to why she is pulling away from him.

Adalind has been what she is her whole life and would know how to control herself in public since the entire wesen community is about secrecy.
