2022-11-30 17:05:06 +0000 UTCI get why you feel like they leave behind the Red John thing for too long, but, if i think about the big Red John episodes they are just too clever and elaborate and i sometimes enjoy the creative standalone episodes more. Don't get me wrong, i LOVE the overarching story-line of who's the more clever and how can we outsmart the serial killer / I feel like they are building the world and building the tension for those episodes. Also, the Red John themed episodes are (and were up until now as well) usually left for the mid-season and season finale parts. And the first few episodes of the season - so during the season there won't be a lot of Red John.
