Yes, Clarke is canon as Bisexual after this kiss with Lexa, it's confirmed by the actress Eliza Taylor and the showrunner Jason Rothenburg. though despite this there are people in the fandom that like to erase Clarke's bisexuality and think that she's gay or a lesbian just to suit their preference of her even though it is canon she's bisexual.
