Regina is one of my least favorite characters. She has made no attempt to reach out to Bay and there is no language barrier, yet she is telling off the Kennishes about not trying to work harder to make communicating with Daphne easier. Then the end where she said everything the Kennishes do affects Daphne, well does she not realize that not doing anything to acknowledge her biological daughter effects Bay?

Bay finding out more about her dad, Daphne dealing with bullies, Regina and Kathryn finally connecting, and even a nice Bay and Daphne moment!

Also, she sees daphne building strong relationships with her parents and Toby. Regina has been a bit more closed off to bay so I think wanting to find her father makes a lot of sense.
