2022-05-28 08:30:49 +0000 UTCThe was the movie that got me hooked on Colin Farrell as an actor. After this, I went back and watched his first collaboration Joel Schumacher, a military flick called Tigerland, which was also great, with another stellar performance from Farrell. Schumacher gets a bad rap for his Batflicks (which I'd also argue was a bit unjust, as I think they succeeded at what they were trying to be, which just wasn't the take on Batman people were after at the time, but I digress...), but he was a talented guy, imo.
