2022-06-02 11:20:41 +0000 UTCyes we're getting into nomination territory. season 5 was nominated for best comedy and in their final season they won EVERY SINGLE EMMY THEY COULD - Dan Levy (who plays David) alone won for best writing, acting and directing. totally deserved btw, this show is magic.

2022-06-02 06:49:50 +0000 UTCoh the makeup thing!! from a girls perspective, we don't want someone just giving us makeup unprompted if it's not our thing lol it kind of sends a message of almost passive aggressive like "i got you this makeup because i want you to take more care in your appearance because you don't right now" kind of thing but when alexis explained that's not johnny's intention he's just very sweet and a little clumsy about things like that. i can understand why stevie took it wrong but i can also he was just trying to be sweet

2022-06-02 04:54:48 +0000 UTCit's david's olive branch because it's their song but also shows him not caring if anyone sees. he made such a stink over open mic night. he has immense anxiety issues. he overthinks everything he says and does. so for him to just cut lose and just "be" and to show that vulnerable side of himself to patrick....that's what made it an olive branch :)
