2022-08-02 01:15:45 +0000 UTCI think when Elena shut off her humanity it was not so great bc it just dragged out her story more. But for Caroline this 100% makes sense. It’s not like she made an impulse decision like Elena did or was forced into it like Stefan in s3, but she made a concious choice to escape her grief for a little while and she is very thorough. I especially like the twist of having Stefan join her. It‘s fun seeing the two super-moral (sometimes hypocritical in their morality) characters completely unhinged and fun.

The stakes were actually really high enough for stefan to accept her terms. Im not gonna lie, i kinda missed ripper stefan cuz of the way paul acts. Lets get it, you know what in hindsight this season was really fire

And plus we’ve never seen caroline like this and so this was refreshing for her character. I would say i like this one way more than the elena one, just cuz i love the duo

2022-06-04 09:40:38 +0000 UTCAbout the Stefan / Caroline fight , yes Stefan is stronger but sometimes that doesn't really matter . 1 He doesn't actually want to hurt her and she doesn't care if she hurts him and 2 he had a more pressing issue that he was focused on rather than fighting her . Winning the fight would have been smarter since there's nothing he can do even with the phone , but he's just in a tough situation with his emotions haywire and panic setting in , so I suppose he's not thinking logically .
