It's possible that some of these events happened in the books? There are a few highschool books out that deal with different cases. I'm not entirely sure if these are it. I only read one like 15 years ago and have zero memory of it.

Sometimes it’s the geek who just always was a follower whose expressed issues with things but was over ruled by the person he felt was superior to him

2022-06-03 21:54:31 +0000 UTCI totally get what you're saying about killing Andrew and it makes sense. I think that way would have been very dramatic. I was half expecting it myself when I first watched this. However, like you said...Buffy is the hero. It would have made her standing up against Willow last season seem less valid then. Remember she didn't want Willow to kill Warren despite everything he did. So if she killed Andrew now that would make her a hypocrite. Also, throughout the show the theme has always been that it's unacceptable to kill humans. That isn't Buffy's job. That's why her and Faith killing the human was so bad and it literally caused Faith's downfall. So if Buffy did that now...it would make all of that seem way less impactful. So I get why they didn't have her go there.
