i wouldn't say cool per say. People kind of forget he was a dork and just wanted to be cool at the new school, but decided to just do the glee club anyways cause they were nicer. But they did dumb him down a lot this season. Male britney.

Sam used to be pretty cool in seasons two and three, but for whatever reason, in season four they just decided to make him dumber and dumber each episode for no reason. The music is the highlight of the episode, especially Love Song. The harmonies of Rachel, Quinn, and Santana is something I never knew I needed.
