You're not alone on the Jenny thing. Every time she's not on screen it's a relief. Yes she's just very young and impressionable, but not all 14year olds degrade their morals to such degree. Blair is a bitch, but at least she's entertaining. This is still very much the beginning, as the show progresses, all characters develop a lot. This is peak entertainment for teenage girls, the books were super popular and so the show was a big hit too, I remember living for this drama but now as an adult I cringe at so much of this shit lol. XD It's always surprising to me if some men enjoy this, and you seem to be digesting this a lot better than expected. I don't hate Nate either, yes he fucked up but he's not nearly as toxic as half of these characters.

Many 14year olds in that school, not all of them act like this. It's understandable she's young and making mistakes, but literally so is everyone else on this show.

She was thrown in a school of rich, privileged kids who get everything they want, no true consequences because they have connections & resources that make it all go away. They are considered the best looking, and most popular, they’re basically high school royalty. To anyone else that come off annoying and fickle but for Jenny is appealing and exciting. She wants to be on the inside, she knows everything that you bring up, and sometimes she feels stupid and guilty but she’s still rather be in the clique than outsider looking in.. 🤷🏽♀️
