I don't like the way Priya is changing everything about Leonard, making him feel he isn't enough if he doesn't wear her type of clothes. The contacts are hurting him and she even moaned about the eye patch!! Then what she said about ditching Penny, I do get it but at the same time they've been friends for years now as well as Penny's friendship with the rest of the group! No, Priya is out of order just over the way shes changing Leonard, penny is just the icing that really made me dislike her!

It's totally inappropriate to expect Penny to lose all the guys friendship, and the guys to avoid their friend just because Leonard is in a new relationship.

Penny and Leonard we’re friends for longer than they dated and Penny is also friends with everyone else in the group. In the scene where Pryia first told Leonard to not hang out with Penny, she wasn’t even there to see Leonard. She was hanging out with Sheldon and Howard. I could understand being upset if Penny was calling Leonard late at night or wanting to hang one-on-one, but that isn’t the case and so the jealous is completely based on her own insecurities. And like another commenter said if you can’t trust your partner then why are you with them. Penny is also friends with Bernadette and Amy, so how did Pryia expect this to work when they want to hang out as a group?

2022-07-12 12:35:47 +0000 UTCI can see how there can be jealous feelings, but I am very much of the belief that if you cannot trust the person you are with, don't be with them. You can't, and shouldn't want to be policing them 24 hours a day. If it's a real issue, ask if when they hang out, if you can be present for a while, just so you can see how the interaction is between the two, to make it easier to let them be friends. Yes, Leonard and Penny have a history. Yes, there are still feelings there that any boyfriend/girlfriend would want to repress, but those feelings aren't going to go away. If they want to be with each other, do you really want to be the one they are settling for? Let people have friends, even if they are the opposite sex. If something happens, they were never someone you could have trusted anyway. Consider it a lesson learned, and be grateful to get out when you did. Just my opinion. I always liked Priya, but hated the jealousy
