Which Of These Do You Still Watch From Us?

Below are the shows that seem to be the ones that we feel are not for "kids/teens" but we want to see if you still want these because we feel that we have a good balance but if you don't watch these I could see why it would feel like we don't have balance for you.

2022-08-21 02:28:32 +0000 UTCStevens already seen GoT and sadly I think hes in the silly camp of "season8 was so bad that now i wouldnt even recommend anyone watch the show at all" Season8 was sloppy and rushed. But its far from the worst final season in TV history. It is a shame that HBO allowed them to butcher the final season like that but I wasnt really mad about it just sad that even 2 more episodes and some re edits could have made the world of difference. The scifi show The Invisible man... Now thats a show no one in the world has ever reacted to

2022-08-19 21:33:50 +0000 UTCSame. I joined for BSG. The Handmaid's Tale I was loving, but I know Steven didn't enjoy it, so I understand him stopping. The Buffyverse kept me around and slowly I started watching a few others (Prison Break, Nikita). I like the heavy action/sci-fi/drama type shows.

December - 1 ep, Jan 1 ep, feb 1 ep, march 2 eps, april 2 eps, may 2 eps, june 3 eps, jul 3 eps. so its picked but up but end of last year early this year its definitly a lower priority show

Is anyone into House for the cases? lol I am more into House because hes the asshole most of us wish we could get away with being. But IRL he would be unemployable. So I was giving scrubs a chance on here just to see it all but its so random at like 1 episode every month and a half or so at times. Its not a show I would stick around for. Im more at the point of just 6-8 months breaks then come back and can binge the few shows i do like. The heavy hitters for me have pretty much finished or been abandoned so

For the shows that aren't getting a lot of views maybe just do select episodes...You'd probably have to watch the rest of the episodes on your own to get the gist of the story and could recap them before watching the selected episode. As an example Glee season 5, IMO, is painfully bad and hard to get through, so to spare all of us ;) only certain episodes will be reacted to but it would guarantee that those episodes will have a high view count. Or some of the shows that David started that Brian is now doing, like that 70s Show, I am not really watching because I just viewed it with David and my favourite season is 5 right when David stopped. So to get to that point faster Brain could skipped the meh episodes and we could get to season 5 quicker ;). Same with Modern Family....

I joined the Patreon specifically for BSG, The Handmaid's Tale, and Pushing Daisies but you stopped watching those for some reason.

In the past, I've watched Person of Interest, 24, and Friends but those shows aren't followed through on (I do understand the reasoning, except PoI which you finished). I've watched Only Murders in the Building in the past. I didn't complain about kids/teen show stuff but I do feel like it is hard for me to justify being in the top-tier for one show (The Office).

And even that, it’ll only be certain moments/episodes that something important happens and wanta see the reaction. Just tossing this out, but I see some shows as of now on poll don’t have that many votes. Even though I don’t watch most these, how’s this idea sound to Steven/others? Shows with low votes, do a episode every 2 weeks? And the shows on this specific list that may be similar but get more votes, get a extra episode in its place to speed up the viewing of shows people like more? Idk. Just an idea I’m tossing out. It doesn’t outright get rid of a show many some like, but it’d basically give more time somehow to the shows people watch more often. Idk. Thoughts.

I'm not a big fan of the kid shows (Dis/Nick), but that doesn't mean somebody else isn't. You have such a large variety of shows and you do movies. It's ENOUGH to keep us entertained. You really don't need to worry as much as you guys do... Obviously, those shows were voted for, so (AND HERE'S THE IMPORTANT PART) IF YOU ENJOY THOSE SHOWS AND FIND THEM ENTERTAINING, THEN CONTINUE THEM. The best part of this is watching you guys enjoy shows we already love, so if that part is missing for you, then don't feel obligated to continue anything you're not into. Obviously, I would hate for you to drop shows you're already a few seasons into lmao. That would suck. But when adding new shows, put them on a TRIAL BASIS. Watch like 2-10 episodes (dependent on how unsure you are), and if the show isn't clicking for you by then, MOVE ON. :) (reposting because my comment got deleted somehow.)

2022-08-19 04:07:21 +0000 UTCWhile I do appreciate the work you put into everything, and I appreciate that you do have a large variety, I certainly don't watch as much as I used to. I joined, originally, for Psych, as you were the only reactor to do it. The bonus was I could also get The Office and SPN. I have since upgraded, firstly because of House, and then Shameless started. And you had pretty recently done a few pilot episodes of shows, such as Leverage and H50, and I was hopeful they would continue. Now I watch for House, B99, Good Place, Chicago Fire, Merlin, Schitts Creek, Grimm, and ATLA. And the occasional short series such as Umbrella Academy, and Good Omens (I wish you would finish this!!) Most of your other shows I have less than zero interest in. Whether they're aimed towards kids/teens or not, doesn't matter, I just didn't really like them (I'm not really into shows that are solely drama/romance, or seem to be like they should be about something else but only focus on the drama/romance) I do think it would be fun to add some more adult based comedies, especially older ones like MASH, Cheers/Frasier, Blackadder, Get Smart, and so on. Or even some classic 90s (and earlier) cartoons like Fairly Odd Parents, Rocko's Modern Life, Scooby Doo, Flintstones, and Jetsons. I honestly can't think of any reactors who do any of the above. Overall, I think you do good job of catering to a wide variety of audiences. Do I wish you did more of the shows I like, and less of what I don't? Yes, of course, for the amount patreon costs, I would like more. (It's not my fault, I had a Covid binge, and caught up too quickly 🤣 and I'm too impatient to wait for the lower tiers to catch up to me 🤦♂️). But the majority of shows I like (here and on other channels) never seem to do well on polls, so I just put up with it, move on, and know at least someone out there is enjoying the rest of your content, even if I don't. I hope whatever you decide to change, or even if you don't, you do well.

2022-08-19 04:03:09 +0000 UTCtheres a definitions problem too. like some of these shows arent exactly adult shows. like scrubs, modern family, that 70s show, the good place are shows a whole family could watch like scrubs has some goofy kid like moments in it. They are more family shows that adults would get a little more of the adult story beats out of them without them being exactly targeted at adults. and honestly anything on the CW is for teens so despite liking the flash i had to admit it is a show for teens. supernatural the boys were in it for the gore and monster and the girls were into it for the actors they could crush on. I dont know if you can actually see the metrics of how many times your videos are watched or downloaded. That might be a better gauge of what the majority like. I imagine its hard to gauge interest if the only metric you have to go off of is how many likes a video gets. or how many people vote on if the episode is good or not. though i imagine a lot of people were just voting skippable on shows they didnt care about which is why the 1-10 went away

I tend to like things produced by HBO, Showtime, ITV, BBC and the streaming services themselves. I also tend to prefer crime and period dramas and not so much super heroes, so reactions to my taste in dramas are harder to find. But I respect other people liking the shows that are being covered. I think you do have a good variety compared to a lot of other reactors.

As long as people are paying to watch these shows, they need to stay on and I think same should go for the children’s shows, unless you really are having a crappy time watching them.
