She was with Brooke in the gym and Glenda's mother asked Brooke to help her find her daughter. They had a brief, but nice conversation. Rachel overheard the Keith thing at the party last episode when Nathan was talking to Peyton. I was listening to the OTH podcast (don't ever listen to it by the way until you finish the show - there are series-wide spoilers ) and the way the creator told Craig Sheffer (Keith) he wasn't going to be on the show anymore was kind of shitty. I think that is, at least, part of the reason we're not seeing an adult Keith haunting Dan.
