In season 4, when we had this "special episode" about sex, when Alicia dosed Clark with Red K and got married and Lana decided to sleep with Jason, her and Chloe had "the talk" and Chloe mentioned that she slept with a boy named Jimmy back then. Back then it was probably only meant as a cute nod to mythology, until they introduced him this season.
