Only reason I could think if maybe past times you had uploading or downloading in background of something using bandwidth and that meant not enough left for this. Only thing I can think, and if that was case, just means when this specific one’s done, just limit any background stuff going on. I just loved this episode though. Seasons 3 and 4 are the best. When dawson jumps over and tells Pacey that there are people who care more about him than a boat and it pans to Joey, I love that. And her telling him he is thinking for 2.
