Phoebe, not Piper. The astro projection was the only new thing as far as we are aware... must have stole it from a witch, but they never say. The panther thing could have been new, but again, they never say. Rex said it at the end that he waiting to do something because he was testing the water so to speak to make sure he didn't fail, had to come up with a plan. Well, he had a great plan, that most likely would have been fool proof if it wasn't for Leo doing what he did. Looking forward to your reaction on more about Leo.

Rex and Hannah got cooler in this episode with their powers for sure, but I think it was the perfect time for them to die too. They stayed long enough to show how mysterious and different evil creatures can be, but their story didn't drag as they weren't super interesting to last a whole season

2022-12-28 12:54:42 +0000 UTCRewatching this, I'm realizing that Rex's astral projection/power of suggestion thing is actually pretty cool and very powerful. Also realizing that he's super pervy. I'm SO glad you realized that you were playing the wrong copy because this is the episode we get SHE'S SO HIGH as our opening music and MAN that just rocks. I feel like they upped Rex and Hannah's cool factor in this episode only to have them killed off. I actually really enjoyed the story here and how it was executed. I can't WAIT for you to find out the truth about Leo. The lore around him and what he is is my ultimate fav in the whole series.

There are a couple coming up that I really love, and a couple that aren't so great but overall, the show gets going from here on in terms of more good episodes than bad. The rest of the season (imo) is 7 good/really good, 2 just okay, and 3 meh. But Steven might have a different reaction to them than I do :)

I really like the song during Prue dressing up scene. And if you want to watch on max quality, better download the video or make it available offline. Otherwise depending on your internet connection, might want to allow the video to load for a few mins, basically like you would for YouTube. This reaction makes me excited for future ones to even better Charmed episodes.

2022-12-28 10:50:26 +0000 UTCI hope I can clear up some of your confusion regarding warlocks. I know in most of the lore out there warlock is just what they call a male witch. In the Charmed universe, however, warlocks are a type of demon, who are like at the lower tiers of the hierarchy and mostly are after witches' powers. Has nothing to do with gender, and they are not witches. In this show, all witches are called "witches", whether it's boy or girl. Halliwell's magic line just happens to run through the female side of the family. I hope that helps.)
