You can't be too annoyed with Serena. I mean, for a moment you fell for his act too?? I get Serena makes dumb decisions but I also base that on the fact that she doesn't know her self worth. Like an insecurity thing. She also doesn't know the facts we, as the viewer, know or see. Yes, she is a little air headed and the writers are sh*t for stereotypically writing her that way when she was so much stronger before. But she is someone desperate for love, which is her character flaw now. Just like Blair's flaws or Chuck's, Nate's, Dan's, etc.
