I think Beggin On Your Knees was the 7th episode they filmed, but they aired it first. But Yeah Paramount and Netflix go by the order of filming while Amazon Prime goes by airing order

The finale you watched was aired as episode 13 but it's production code is 19-20 which means it was the last episode that they filmed that season which is why it's the finale for Paramount and Netflix

Also, I will add I think the imdb order is the best one timeline wise and you should probably follow that. I just took a look at it and it makes more sense with the episodes they have in that order especially because I always think of the episode 'Beggin on Your Knees' as coming first.
