Steven, this was my request, and I can honestly say that The way you are feeling about The wierd, was how I was feeling at this point in The show, and probably most people. To be honest The weird hasn't really begun yet😊 I would say that The mystery and The questionmarks will not be answerd until well into The show. I would watch one more episode if I were you, because you will get a sample of The real twin peaks wierd next episode. I would like to request one more ep, but if you really feel it is to much out of your comfort zone I understand. I thought The pacing of this episode was Great, and all I can say is that The man behind Lauras bed and The log lady will be explaind, and auderys personality.

i know several people who had a hard time getting into twin peaks when starting it. some pushed through and came around to enjoying (or at least appreciating) it, others didn't. it may not be for you, and that's okay. i couldn't really get into arrested development or it's always sunny - and a lot of people love those shows. the quirky weirdness is kind of this show's schtick. i think to get into it you'd have to be able to let go of the "why" behind the weirdness, accept that it's going to be at least a little weird at every turn (sometimes very weird), and just roll with it. see where it takes you and how weird it can get. some of it makes more sense later, some of it never makes any sense. but if that doesn't sound like a good time to you, (shrug).
