There’s no way I’m watching this entire episode (lol sorry) but just watched for Listen To Your Heart which is one of my all-time favorite Glee duets. Jesse and Rachel left on semi-good terms. He vouched for her to Carmen Tibideaux and that’s the last we really saw of him. In terms of what people “do” after graduating from performing arts school if they don’t make it “big,” it depends. Most people won’t make it big statistically, and some people don’t even have that aspiration to begin with. A lot of folks will do tv guest spots or some film to pay their bills. Voice acting also became super popular; especially in the pandemic. Some go into teaching, others will do something like auditioning to be in the ensemble or will become swings/covers/alternates which is impressive in its own right! Some abandon New York altogether and do more touring and/or regional work. Some will star their own theater companies that create opportunities for themselves and others. There are a plethora of options!
