It's Alex's fault. Stevie didn't do anything wrong. All she did was hang out with Alex in this episode. When are we going to start blaming Alex for her behavior?

And yeah, Alex is meaner this season. I think they saw how much fans loved her sassiness and decided to amp it up. I think it dials down? Can't really remember.
