The only thing I would add for this episode, is that I don't think you are supposed to read too much into the school thing - it's not supposed to be a "makes Carly's life forever" opportunity. It's just a snobby school, where she would just get the same great grades as she does now. Except with worse people, and none of her friends. Sam and Freddy are still not being great friends. But Carly was always going to choose to stay, and the school wasn't supposed to be a big deal.

2024-02-14 13:12:03 +0000 UTCI just feel like at this point, if you're gonna hate Sam when she does something bad, you may as well not watch iCarly. There are gonna be so many episodes like this where Sam does bad things. It's just not gonna be enjoyable to watch someone hate a character who is the second main and just gets mad at everything they do. I enjoy your reactions most of the time, but it's just gonna get worse from here...even with Zack on Zack & Cody, you laugh at a lot of his jokes, but you seem like you'll never enjoy Sam.

2024-02-14 10:16:56 +0000 UTCI mean, I get the episode isn't top tier, but like, you gotta remember it's a kid's show. It's annoying when you call Sam's garbage stuff out cause then you get in a bad mood during the episode and it's not as fun to watch. Like, I get being annoyed by Sam or by something she or a character does, but you let it linger during the episode. I also agree they were mean and most kids when the episode came out also did. You're not suppose to agree, but you can still laugh at it (or just shrug it off). I don't get how you laughed at Roger's dad leaving and never coming back home in Sister Sister, but then can't laugh at Sam telling Freddie his mom got in an accident...? Especially since that one wasn't even true lol. Also, of course 13 year old kids don't want their friends leaving school...anyone can say "you can see each other after school" but in reality, that never happens. It was horrible enough being in no classes together, i hated when my friends went to different high schools once middle school ended. We barely spoke after. It's pretty common.At least, not in most cases. We also see that they have horrible home lives, so they're practically family with Carly.
