If Phoebe goes back up, even just for a bit, then she's automatically rejecting the deal. If she stays, she's accepting it. He'll only turn back time if she stays down there, not if she leaves and then comes back. He's not planning on keeping her down there, he plans to kill her.

Phoebe doesn't turn evil if she stays down there, it's the sources way of at least killing one charmed one which is why he said kill Cole and her once they turn back time and they said time doesn't change down their which is why Phoebe doesn't show up at the end. So essentially she is sacrificing herself in place of piper. also the reason she didn't leave if she does leave to see if her sister is dead the deal is off. which is why she trusts Leo to see it for her and she knows the decision she is going to make anyway.

2024-02-16 15:22:47 +0000 UTCHere's the thing...I'm aroace so I never got all hot and bothered over Cole the way a lot of people did. So I just never cared about Cole/Phoebe lol. I don't really know why they don't get to me when I'm so invested in Piper/Leo. I do enjoy the chaos of this episode because it does truly show how when hell breaks out, it's CRAZY. And the people just standing around when someone's been shot - bystander effect. People got scared of "the evil witches". The cops don't know if they're protecting the Halliwells or the crowd. They end up going after Prue for "attacking" the crowd when Piper would have died in her car had she not done that - she asked them to move and they asked for an interview instead. You're right - it's like they're not acting like real people. That's how people react in awful situations in real life. They stop having empathy and just STARE. I don't know why. We just got dropped right in the middle of the chaos from the very beginning and I kind of love that. It's a great cliffhanger to me. The Source actually had a great plan by striking that deal with Phoebe and then betraying her. Now she's stuck in the underworld and Shax gets to still kill Prue and Piper anyway. Then he can kill Phoebe in the underworld. 3 birds with 1 stone.
