I know Moseby is black, but the 4 main characters are white and asian and usually disney shows don't do black history month episodes unless the characters are black (that's so raven, proud family, ant farm). Btw the ant farm episode is amazing. Disney has very few episodes about black history month, the three i listed are the only ones i recall, and it's odd but amazing that they did it for this show.
