It really is so good! Exactly like you said, a great mix of heartwarming but also gives you a nervous feeling on the edge of your seat.

I love the relationship between Melinda and Jim and I also love that her gift is not a secret from the people close to her. I feel like that's done way too often for extra drama. The show can be scary at times but its such a feel good premise in the end. Just helping people find there way into the light. Its funny that you mentioned thinking that she would be helping cops, there was a very similar show that aired the same time as Ghost Whisperer called Medium that was basically Melinda helping solve crimes.
