my heart breaks for spencer. girl has been through so much and her entire family is a hot mess. her sister acts like she hates her pretty much all the time. her sisters boyfriend was creepy towards her and instead of calling out this grown man, spence gets blamed for it. her entire family is checked out about what she's gone through and is all about appearance and being absolutely perfect. spencer has so much pressure on her shoulders. i can't even imagine....all these girls have a lot of pressure though to be honest. watching this as an adult it's wild to me how much they're forced into adulthood by their parents. they're still kids!! they're not like 18-19 years old. but then randomly someone's parent (emily's most likely) will come down randomly so hard and it's like okay what is up with the parenting in this show lol
