last comment, sorry for spamming! i never read luke poking fun at jess for working at walmart as him looking down at him. i think he just had all of these ideas in his head about where jess could have gotten the money, and when he found out how innocent it was, he was relieved. he was more poking fun at how walmart is the last place he expected jess to work at because of his personality.

2024-09-09 01:23:28 +0000 UTCi totally understand why you didn’t like the girls egging the car and luke poking fun at jess, but it’s supposed to be light hearted stuff and not super serious. it’s valid to not find it funny, but that’s a lot of how amy sherman palladino wrote this show. some things that you would assume would be a big deal just aren’t.
