- Question : I just signed up. Do I get charged twice in the same month?
- Answer: Not exactly, Patreon billings charges Patrons on the day you sign up and then on the first of the month every month after that. Patreon let you know this detail before checking out. We understand this can be confusing, however, this is how the Patreon billing works for this.
- Question: Do I get a package for ____ month and one for ___ month?
- Answer: If you signed up in the last couple of days for EMPEROR, SPELLCASTER, and MOONBABE tiers, you will receive a package for the month of your sign up. For example, if you sign up on the 28th of the month, you will get a package for that month. Don't worry! And then if you choose to continue your Patreon subscription into the next, you will also get a package for that month.
For example, if you sign up for Patreon on the 28th of the month, your package for that month will get sent the following month.
- Question: What's the best way to access the Samhain content at the best price?
- Answer: If you want access to all 31 Days of Samhain posts as well as all posts in general, you have to upgrade to one of the $15 and up tiers. If you want to suggest something in the Content Idea List, this is available for the $25, $45, and $65 tiers. The $5 tier gets access to some posts, not all. Thanks moon babes for your support.
