Today I am really excited to share this tarot spread to better understand and work on ancestral healing within your family- if this is something you like doing in your practice. I read left to right, up to down.
-What traumas can I aid in healing during this lifetime?
-How does the traumas you went through during your life still affect me today?
-What is the best way to stay grounded while working through these family traumas?
-What gifts should I be leaning into more that my family holds?
-A card to represent your main ancestor moving forward if you don't have an identifier card for them yet. ( Meaning if you work with - want to work with and call one ancestor down often and work with them, ask them what their identifying card is) This helps me a LOT as I start speaking and calling more ancestors down in my practice.
