Good morning moon babes! As you might know, I came down with the flu last week and I've been trying to rest up and heal. I'm still feeling a bit rough but I'm much better than I felt last week. I ended up making this herbal bath mix for myself and also gave it the blend to a couple of my employees to try too.
What You'll Need:
- Ginger
- Rosemary
- Cloves
- Lavender
-Muscle ache, muscles sore, muscles are tired no more.
-I pray these herbs bring relief to my sore achy body.
-As I steep and relax within this bath the pain in my body dissipates.
-The herbs and water soothe and calm my body, healing me.
