Spiritual Hygiene Feet and Hands Wash

Good afternoon moon babes! Today I am sharing a recipe for overall spiritual hygiene feet and hand wash! I am someone who alwayssss speaks about how important it is to spiritually cleanse your feet and hands as they encounter and have the potential to spiritually pick up a bunch of energy that you don’t need on you. That might be stagnant energy, negative energy, tricks, or spirits, that you could encounter through the day off of you. This is also a good habit to form so when you do spellwork and rituals you are set up from a clean and open slate.

What You’ll Need

-A Bowl

-Something to cleanse your space with

-A kettle or bowl to heat your water up

-Camphor 

-Indigo Water 

-Hyssop 

-Florida Water

-Pink Salt

-Juniper Berries 

-Lavender 

-Holy water - or make your own blessed water. Moon water can be used as well.

-Lemon balm

To do:

Cleanse your space, yourself and all of your tools, I like to smoke cleanse all of my shoes I wear a lot during this time as well. Start boiling your water and add a few pinches of the pink salt to the mix asking the water and bowl to aid in your cleansing today. (I like to ask my tools for their help as I personally believe everything has a spirit.) While your water is heating up I like to pray to the water that it strips, cleanses, detoxes, and purifies my hands and feet.

Then placing and washing my hands and feet into the water will be a healing and purifying experience, thanking the water as I go. Then when the water starts to boil add each of your herbs into the water, leave out the florida water, indigo water, and holy water at this step. Spend time activating each herb before putting them into your mix, pray/enchant put energy into them.

Once all herbs have been charged and added into your boiling water, allow it to combine for a few minutes, if you would like to pray further with your mix please do! Once you have washed your hands and feet take this water away from your home and either throw it into running water or down a sewer drain and thank the earth for absorbing this energy and transmuting it to something beautiful for you.

Spell To Chant while you are stirring the mix:

Cleanse, clear, purify, and strip

Negative energy, entities, spirits, and all things that are not of my highest good from my hands and feet.

All of the things I have picked up along my journey of that matter flows away from me and my home,

My feet are free and clear to walk me into new opportunities and pathways, my hands are clear to open new doorways to outstanding opportunities that are of my highest good.
