OMG, thank you, he is literally lying to Damon in that conversation while calling Damon (who may be a bad guy but is probably the most trustworthy character) a liar.

2024-09-23 17:33:01 +0000 UTCOccasionally we will learn more about vamires in general, pointing outbthey are not human, they a predators and their prey are humans, yet everyone still judges and hates on Damon for giving in to his vamipre nature rather than pretending to be human. I guess i can understand not trusting Damon, he kills people (though he is honest about it, and again not human) but Stefan has constantly lied to Elena and she trusts him enough to accept that he is deceiving his brother and asking her to deceive him as well.
