Thank you for accompanying me on this path of awareness and freedom.
At this beautiful farm, I shared a talk about naturism and witnessed how little by little, people’s mindsets are beginning to change.
To see the naked body, without judgment or shame, is to return to the essential: to what is natural, human, and rooted in self-love.
Naturism is more than just being without clothes — it's a philosophy of life that invites us to reconnect with our bodies, with the earth, and with who we truly are, without masks.
