Yoga nidra is a form of guided meditation that involves elements like a body scan meditation and visualizations. What’s super cool about it is that researchers who have studied it have found that the brain goes into a unique state where it is asleep, while we’re actually awake and conscious, according to Verywellmind. I think this state would be like a deep hypnotic state. There is some deepeners and guided meditation, some space to visualize positive changes. SFW
