2025-02-02 19:11:59 +0000 UTCI like and use Yoga Nidra tracks for relaxation and sleep and I love the body scans. The floating in the ocean is a nice touch. I listened to them both a few times to get used to them and they are both good. I like this one more than the shorter one mostly because the script starts sooner. After a while, they both did what I wanted which was to relax, get lost in the track and fall asleep. Thank you!
