I have a question!

The thing is.. Time is a hard thing for me to balance and if i do Page by page i might do well....
but at the same time I feel like i webtoon style would be great.. it's just that i might take a lot of time making just one strip.
I... Idk.. It's getting hard for me to draw lately so i need opinions.
