Openvore: Fighting Pit Update!

This is the fighting pit update. This feature was a major faff to implement, so I'm also expecting bugs as well as fighting balance issues. More detailed changelog on the Discord.
Pit is in bottom left of the map.
Hopefully it works okay.

P.S. FYI, I've added in the Futa succubus from the Eka's poll. I saw female cat-person was doing well, so I just put in Missy for the meantime, but I'll make a new character with some of the other top options later!
