Michelle is talking about Hugh Grant in the beginning - fuck a doodle doo refers to the opening few minutes of Four Weddings and a Funeral where the majority of the dialogue is the word fuck, then she explains the plot ('He's flat out going to weddings with his mates until one of them, the fat beardy one in the skirt, croaks it), she then talks about his then girlfriend Liz Hurley who wore a dress with cutout panels held together with gold safety pins ('she paperclips her frocks together'), and, it probably goes without saying, but the end refers to him getting arrested when he was caught having sex with a sex worker in his car.
