The girl who was rapping is called Cristale, she's a proper sick rapper. People clowned that scene when the show dropped but I liked it. She was basically introducing Stef to the harsh realities of the roads through rap. Also, Lauryn is a physical and sexual abuse victim, that child is from an abuser, obviously she's fucked up in the head and turned to drugs and died from it
