I’m pushing through cause of you two. I get emotionally drained easily so watching shows based in reality is something I try to avoid. Give me gay pirates everyday! Also, it’s so weird watching you guys be so focused and not all over the place 😆.

But I decided to watch it because Matt Bomer is in and I think he is attractive. Also doesn't hurt that I find Rizzo attractive either. I also have the same glass that Rizzo was drinking from during the reaction.

2024-02-27 01:31:54 +0000 UTCi love this show so much! i'm so glad i watched it. i agree with you though, it's definitely not an easy watch. but it is so beautifully done, and so much of it was like an education for me. i learned a lot about history in general, but especially about queer history. while the events of this show took place a long time ago, it isn't very long ago relatively. it's amazing to see how far we have come nowadays, but in certain places in the world things similar to these events are still happening. it's sad honestly :( anyways - thank you for reacting to this show! i loved your reaction and i can't wait for the next one :)
