Oh and the "Nation of Zaun" is Silco and Vander's dream of an independent undercity. Right now, they are obviously being governed (poorly) by topside aka Piltover. The undercity is VERY polluted (hence why the Enforcers wear air filter masks) and filled with poverty but the Council hardly pays attention to the undercity unless the crime bleeds into topside.

I'm glad you did the first three in one sitting - it's probably the best way to avoid spoilers for each arc. Can't wait for the next one! Happy progress day!

2025-05-11 16:49:32 +0000 UTCjust some info for you: -arcane was released in three acts when it came out, three episodes per act, so you’re about to head into act 2! -while Viktor’s voice actor said he didn’t use one particular accent for this role, it is heavily Czech inspired (not german😂) -if you notice there were some parallels between vander and silco’s falling out (when he tried to drown him) and vi and powder’s falling out. this show is very much themed around that sibling relationship however complicated it may be. -it is very common for family in the undercity to be more “found family” rather than blood. so while silco and vander aren’t blood brothers, they were as close as you could get. i think vi and powder are one of the only cases of blood relation in the undercity characters actually. but overall i’m loving these reactions! can’t wait for the next episode! you guys are going to love it🥰
