Cheese Graters (pinup anatomy)

I've been kinda doubling down on making rock solid abs. I think that's just such a fun area to paint. But I should also get back to say... having a healthy amount of body fat on these figures too. There's nothing wrong with a nice tummy! But it has been a pleasure really trying to understand how all these obliques and abdominals are supposed to work.
That first sketch could be the basis of a Korra sketch. I wasn't totally happy with how it's coming out but I think I'm looking forward to trying to draw more Korra abs again.

I love seeing them, but its really off-putting when artists don't know where the stomach ends and the pelvis begins, so props to you on making them both so fidelically natural and appealing!
