Here's a bunch of trial and error. Ranging from visible genital change through clothes to inflating lips (with sound ;D), some more exaggerated morphing technique for better visibility in some situations and breast growth with texture based (not morph) nipple change.

Here's a bit background info for them:

The texture based nipple transformation is one way to do the change with the new character generation because some of them come with the same skin textures but different nipple location for female and male. I'm not a big fan of sculpting the male nipples to a female location and vice versa, the mesh isn't really made for that and I can sustain a bit more quality doing it like that.
The exaggerated morph (the textureless shoulder deformation one) is something I came up with because I felt like with some camera motion like on my recent head change animation the morphs weren't that visible. The transformation looked fine while the camera was static and I put a lot of work into it just to be barely visible. :/
For lip inflation one I was thinking if soft body physics work well with that area. I used them in combination with my "squish" addon to prevent mesh intersection inbetween upper and lower lips and I think it works quite well.
Not much to say about the genital change, I think with body motion, textures and sound it could actually be decent?
