Lakshmi Vallurupalli was super excited already that Thursday morning, hearing through Stephanie at the gym about the party. Evolution was renting out a whole restaurant for them tomorrow after work: cocktails, dinner, dancing, a celebration of their partnership with the practice in this new study. She’d never been one too much for parties in the past - quiet nights at home were her norm, and dad didn’t really approve of her going out anyway - but these days she’d just felt herself blossoming. She started secretly tingling when she imagined how this big new ass of hers might look on the dance floor, and the thought of what she might be able to do with - haha omg - a boy, if they can get any to come to the party (ooooo maybe even him) was thrilling.
She had just admired Melissa’s new “outfit of the day” post and was in the gym locker room tugging up on her scrub bottoms when the first text from Amelia came through…
Hmmmm... Lakshmi thought, this Angie girl is a old friend of Melissa, but what's she up to..? She seems…pretty ambitious.
