reward changes

I have a feeling the rewards may not match the pledge in terms of the time it takes to make them, so I will be downgrading the rewards to something more manageable, so I can finish them in a more timely manner.
These changes will take effect in April 2022. Rewards from previous months will still be honored from before this change.
