AIDs Awareness Fundraiser

I actually was planning of starting a small fundraiser event but I am not sure how I should go about this. I was thinking of making an OC and then doing a strip challenge, making them do certain things after we've reached milestones based on the final goal.
I would like to hear from you guys. I want to get your suggestions and recommendations. I've done fundraiser events before but I never organized them. I want to start really small and easy first before I expand. Hopefully, I would like to start this event in October so we have at least 2 months to fully reach the final milestone!
Let me know what you think! I'm open to goal suggestions, ideas, poses, whatever you wanna let me know haha
