Pop-up Dictionary for Anki 23.10+ Download

Attached below is the download for Pop-up Dictionary v1.0.0. The main change in this release is compatibility with Anki 23.10+ and newer (tested as of Anki 23.12.1).
To install the add-on, simply download the .ankiaddon file below and then double-click it.
